Telekom Slovenije, d.d., receives the verdict of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 12 March 2024 it has received a ruling of Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia, issued on 17 January 2024, in the administrative dispute between the plaintiff Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (hereinafter: AVK) relating to the reversal of AVK’s decision no. 306-23/2013-151 of 2 February 2015.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has been regularly informing its stakeholders on this matter through Seonet.

With this ruling the Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia again fully ruled in favour of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and completely reversed AVK’s decision also on remain part of the alleged abuse of dominant position in the carrier market for broadband bitstream access, and on the carrier market of access to physical network infrastructure in the Republic of Slovenia.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
