Proposed dividend for Krka shareholders 13.6% higher than last year

Novo mesto, 4 April 2024 – At yesterday's regular Supervisory Board meeting, the Krka Supervisory Board and Management Board drew up a proposal that Krka pays its shareholders a dividend of €7.50 gross per share, which is an increase of 13.6% on last year's dividend.

At the meeting, the Supervisory Board, together with the Management Board, prepared a proposal on the use of the 2023 accumulated profit. They will propose to the Annual General Meeting, which – in line with Krka's financial calendar – will be held on 11 July 2024, to allocate Krka's accumulated profit for 2023 in the amount of €381,939,946.00 as follows:

• to dividends €7.50 gross per share €231,157,215.00;
• to other profit reserves €75,391,365.50;
• to be carried forward to next year €75,391,365.50.

The indicated amounts are calculated taking into account the number of treasury shares as at 2 April 2024. Upon the release of the AGM notice, the number of treasury shares on the date of the notice will be applied.
