In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following notice:

We would like to inform you that on 17 April 2024 Jure Valjavec, Member of the Supervisory Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. bought 300 ordinary shares of the Company with the ZVTG ticker symbol and ISIN code SI0021111651, the issuer’s LEI code is 549300KGI78MKHO38N42. He bought ZVTG shares at the price of EUR 34.10 in the total value of EUR 10,230.00.

After said transaction, he holds 580 shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol.
