Resignation of a Supervisory Board member

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following notice:

Jure Valjavec, a Supervisory Board member of Zavarovalnica Triglav, informed the Company of his resignation as a Supervisory Board member by submitting an irrevocable resignation letter with effect from 1 June 2024 and a notice period of three months, as a result of which his term of office will be irrevocably terminated as of 1 September 2024.

In line with its financial calendar, Zavarovalnica Triglav is expected to announce the convening of the regular General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 April 2024, scheduled to take place on 4 June 2024.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 23 April 2024 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
