Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

On 24 May 2024 the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. gave its approval to the appointment of Aleksander Valentin for the director of Soline Pridelava soli, d.o.o., as of 1 July 2024 for a four-year term.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si), for at least five years after publication.
