Notice of early redemption of notes

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange relating to point 1 paragraph 1 of Article 130 of the Market Financial Instruments Act NLB d.d., Trg republike 2, 1000 Ljubljana, announces:

Notice is hereby given that NLB d.d. will, based on the permission of the Single Resolution Board, redeem its notes in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 300,000,000, issued on 19 July 2022 and with maturity on 19 July 2025 (ISIN: XS2498964209), before their maturity. Pursuant to the terms and condition of the notes the early repayment of principal and accrued and unpaid interest will be made on the second anniversary of the issuance, being 19 July 2024.

This announcement will be available on the company’s website (www.nlb.si) as of 30 May 2024.
