Notification on transactions of the member of the Management Board with CICG shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Cinkarna Celje, d.d., Kidričeva 26, Celje, hereby informs that Nikolaja Podgoršek Selič, member of the Management Board-technical director of Cinkarna Celje, d.d., bought on 9 July 2024, 500 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 22.60 EUR per share with a total value of 11,300.00 EUR.

The CICG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transactions Nikolaja Podgoršek Selič holds 2.360 shares with the CICG ticker symbol.
