Acquisition of treasury shares

Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 CINKARNA Celje, d. d.  announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 16 July 2024 up to and including 19 July 2024.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 3,427 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 84,413.20 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 16 July 2024         810  shares at a VWAP of EUR 24.50,

- on 17 July 2024         920  shares at a VWAP of EUR 24.70,

- on 18 July 2024         980  shares at a VWAP of EUR 24.70,

- on 19 July 2024         717  shares at a VWAP of EUR 24.60.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares is attached.The broker in these transactions was INTERKAPITAL vrijednosni papiri d.o.o.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 267,876 representing 3.32 % of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 271,303 representing 3.36 % of all shares issued. 

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.cinkarna.si) from 22 July 2024 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
