Acquisition of treasury shares

Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 CINKARNA Celje, d. d.  announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 9 September 2024 up to and including 13 September 2024.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 2,672 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 69,950.00 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 10 September 2024          820 shares at a VWAP of EUR 26.00,

- on 11 September 2024          1,120 shares at a VWAP of EUR 26.10,

- on 13 September 2024          732 shares at a VWAP of EUR 26.50.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The broker in these transactions was INTERKAPITAL vrijednosni papiri d.o.o.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 290,926 representing 3.60 % of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 293,598 representing 3.63 % of all shares issued. 

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.cinkarna.si) from 16 September 2024 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
