Based on the provisions of Article 26 of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Article 2 of the Commission Delegated regulation (EU) No 2016/2052 and Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, CINKARNA Celje, d.d. (hereinafter: CINKARNA Celje) discloses information regarding share buy-back programme (hereinafter: programme) schedule for the period 29. 11. 2024 – 31. 12. 2024.

CINKARNA Celje disclosed the start of the share buy-back programme on 10 July 2024 through the electronic dissemination system SEOnet.

The programme schedule for the period 29. 11. 2024 – 31. 12. 2024 is attached.

The public will be regularly informed about these acquisitions of treasury shares.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website (www.cinkarna.si) starting from 11 November 2024, for a minimum period of 5 years.
