39-2020 5th Planet Games A/S – Preliminary results of the Rights Issue

Reference is made to previous announcement by 5th Planet Games A/S ("FIVEPG" or the "Company", OSE ticker code "FIVEPG") on 8 July 2020 regarding the rights issue raising gross proceeds of NOK 35 – 45 million through issuance of new shares at a subscription price of NOK 1.00 per share, of which the minimum amount was underwritten (the "Rights Issue").

The subscription period for the Rights Issue expired today 23 July 2020 at 16:30 hours (CEST).

Preliminary counting indicates that the Rights Issue has been fully subscribed at NOK 45 million.

The final allocation of the Offer Shares will take place Friday 24 July 2020. As soon as possible following such allocation, the company will send a stock exchange announcement on the final allocation and distribute allocation letters to allotted subscribers with the corresponding subscription amount to be paid by each investor.
