Final result of Subsequent Offering in Hugo Games

Reference is made to the announcement on 8 January 2018 regarding the launch of the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") in Hugo Games A/S (the "Company").

The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering expired at 16:30 hours (CET) on 15 January 2018. Based on received subscriptions at the expiry of the subscription period, a total of 970,868 shares were allocated in accordance with the allocation criteria set out in the Prospectus.

As a result, the Company will issue 970,868 new shares at NOK 2.40 per share, raising gross proceeds of NOK 2.3 million.

Notifications of allocated offer shares in the Subsequent Offering and the corresponding amount to be paid by each subscriber will be set out in a separate letter to each subscriber which is to be mailed 16 January 2018. Payment of the offer shares will fall due 17 January 2018 in accordance with the payment procedures described in the Prospectus. Subject to full payment being received, the new shares in the Subsequent Offering are expected to be issued and delivered to the subscribers' VPS accounts on or about 22 January 2018.
