Subscription- and trading period of subscription rights in rights

issue extended until 7 June 2017

DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE WOULD BE UNLAWFUL.

Reference is made to the prospectus and stock exchange announcement

as of 8 May 2017.

In light of its recently signed contracts and to accommodate its

shareholders, the Board of Hugo Games has decided to extend the

trading period of the subscription rights and the subscription

period in the ongoing NOK 30-41 million Rights Issue until 7 June

2017 at 16:30 CEST. Subscriptions with rights, over-subscription and

subscription without rights is permitted. The minimum amount in the

rights issue is fully underwritten.

Allocation of shares is expected to take place on or about 14 June

2017 with expected payment on or about 20 June 2017 and delivery and

listing of the new shares on or about 23 June 2017.

In accordance with such extension, a supplemental prospectus might

be distributed by the Company if so required.
