New share capital registered

Reference is made to stock exchange notice 12 June 2017 regarding

the final result of the Rights Issue in Hugo Games.

Hugo Games' share capital has been increased by nominally DKK

31,948,835 and registered with the Danish Business Authority. The

total share capital is DKK 56,825,856.50 divided into 113,651,713

shares, each with a par value of DKK 0.50.

The new shares will be tradable when they have been transferred to

the VPS accounts of the investors. Such transfer is expected to be

completed on 23 June 2017.

Norne Securities AS is manager and DELACOUR Advokatpartnerselskab is

legal advisory for the transaction.
