Hugo Games – Subsequent Offering Information

COPENHAGEN, 21 November 2017

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Hugo Games A/S (the "Company") on 20 November 2017, regarding a private placement of 91,916,805 new shares in the Company (the "Private Placement") and a subsequent offering at the same subscription price as in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering").

Date on which the terms and conditions of the repair issue were announced: 21 November 2017

Last day including right: 20 November 2017

Ex-date: 21 November 2017

Record date: 22 November 2017

Date of approval: 20 November 2017

Maximum number of new shares: 7,380,000*

Subscription price: NOK 0.48*

Other information (optional):

*The maximum number of new shares and the subscription price in the Subsequent Offering is stated before the upcoming reverse split in the ratio 5:1 and as such the number of shares in the Subsequent Offering after the reverse split will be up to 1,476,000 at a subscription price of NOK 2.40 per share – the same subscription price as in the Private Placement. The reverse split is estimated to be completed ultimo November 2017.

The Subsequent Offering is subject to the publication of a prospectus approved by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and passported to Norway expected to be completed medio January 2018.
