New share capital registered

Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting held 30 October 2017 (the "EGM") and stock exchange announcements made on 21 and 27 November 2017, all regarding the share capital change and reverse split as announced in the EGM.

As of 29 November 2017, the new share capital of Hugo Games has been registered with the Danish Business Authority in accordance with the resolutions made in the EGM. The registered share capital of Hugo Games A/S is now DKK 11,365,171 divided into 22,730,342 shares, each with a par value of DKK 0.50.

The ex-date for the reverse split is today, 29 November 2017. Record date is 30 November 2017. 5 old shares gave 1 new share.

The share capital increase related to the completed private placement announced 21 November 2017 is expected to be completed on or about 4 December 2017.
