New share capital registered

Reference is made to stock exchange notice 21 November 2017 regarding the final result of the Private Placement in Hugo Games.

Hugo Games' share capital has been increased by nominally DKK 9,261,680.50, by the issuing of 18,523,361 new shares each with a par value of DKK 0.50, and registered with the Danish Business Authority. The total new share capital is nominal DKK 20,626,851.50 divided into 41,253,703 shares, each with a par value of DKK 0.50.

Listing of the New Shares is subject to a listing prospectus being approved by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, passported to Norway and published by the Company. Until such prospectus is approved the New Shares are expected to be delivered on a separate non-tradable ISIN on or about the 4 December 2017, and thereafter converted to the current ISIN of the Company and become tradable on Oslo Børs as soon as practically possible following publication of the prospectus, estimated medio January 2018.
