5th Planet Games A/S - Share Issue/Capital Change 2016

Share capital increase registered NO 5-2016

COPENHAGEN, February 4th 2016.

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on

27 January 2016 regarding the completion of a Private

Placement of DKK 1,000,000 by issuance of 274,148 new

shares.

The share capital increase related to the Private Placement

has now been registered with the Danish Business Authority

and the new shares will be tradable and transferable as of

8th February 2016.

The new share capital of Hugo Games A/S is nominal DKK

12,637,074 divided into 25,274,148 shares, each with a

nominal value of DKK 0.50.
