Subscription period in rights issue extended until 1 August 2016.

Reference is made to the prospectus dated 22 June 2016 and the stock exchange announcement as of 23 June 2016 detailing the ongoing NOK 30 million rights issue in Hugo Games A/S.

In light of the recently announced contract with FC Barcelona, see Announcement no. 41-2016, the Board of Hugo Games has today decided to extend the subscription period in the rights issue until 1 August 2016 at 16:00 CEST. Subscriptions with rights, over-subscription and subscription without rights is permitted. The rights issue is fully underwritten by Danish and Norwegian investors.

Allocation of shares is expected to take place on or about 3 August 2016 with expected payment on or about 5 August 2016 and delivery and listing of the new shares on or about 12 August 2016.
