Board Member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue. No.43-2016

Rasmus Lund, board member in Hugo Games, has subscribed a

total of 16,500 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Hugo

Games at a subscription price of NOK 1.50 per share. The

subscription is not done on the basis of subcsription rights.

Rasmus Lund owns 68,028 shares in Hugo Games prior to the

transaction.
