Expiry of subscription period for the Rights Issue today. No.45-2016

PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN THE UNITED STATES, CANADA,

JAPAN, AUSTRALIA OR SINGAPORE.

Reference is made to previous announcements in respect of

the ongoing Rights Issue of 20,000,000 new shares in Hugo

Games A/S ("Hugo Games") at NOK 1.50 per share.

The subscription period for the Rights Issue will expire

today, Monday 1 August 2016 at 16:00 (CEST).

Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by

Norne Securities AS, or in the case of online subscriptions,

be registered within this deadline. Kindly send subscription

forms by e-mail to [email protected].

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for new

shares before the expiry of the subscription period will

have no value and will lapse without compensation to the

holder.
