New share capital registered. No.48-2016

The Rights Issue in Hugo Games A/S is now completed and the

new shares will be listed on Oslo Axess.

Reference is made to stock exchange notice 3 August 2016

regarding the final result of the Rights Issue in Hugo Games

A/S.

The Rights Issue of 20,000,000 new shares was completed at a

subscription price of NOK 1.50 per share. The par value of

the issued shares is DKK 0.50. Hugo Games A/S's share

capital was increased by nominally DKK 10,000,000 and has

been registered with the Danish Business Authority.

Hugo Games A/S's share capital is currently DKK 22,637,074

divided into 45,274,148 shares, each with a par value of DKK

0.50.

The new shares will be tradable when they have been

transferred to the VPS accounts of the investors. Such

transfer is expected to be executed during 11 August 2016.
