Allocation of shares to chairman in Hugo Games (correction). 050-2016

In the rights issue in Hugo Games completed on 3 August 2016,

Paw Capital ApS (a related party of chairman Bertel David

Maigaard), was allocated 1,975,279 shares (not 2,306,308 shares

as stated on 12 August).

In addition, related party Maigaard & Molbech ApS was allocated

166,667 shares as previously stated.

In total, Bertel David Maigaard's related companies control

2,141,946 shares, corresponding to 4.73% of the issued share

capital in Hugo Games A/S.
