50-2020 5th Planet Games issue warrants to key people

COPENHAGEN, November 18 th, 2020: 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: FIVEPG) announces the granting of warrants to key people.

The warrants are granted under the warrant program covered by the authority pursuant to section 2.2 of 5th Planet Games' Articles of Association adopted at 5th Planet Games' General Meeting on October 30th, 2017.

There has been granted the following: 3,250,961 for Henrik Nielsen, CEO, 400,000 warrants for Caspar Rose, Chairman of the Board and 3,710,192 warrants for key employees in the company.

The warrants has been granted on basis of the average closing price over the latest 10 days (0.93 NOK) and employees have been granted a discount on 25%.

The purpose of the warrant scheme is to to attract and retain first-class employees to improve business results and long-term shareholder value creation.
