COPENHAGEN, July 1st, 2019: 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: FIVEPG) announces the granting of warrants to 1 key employee.

The purpose of the warrant scheme is to provide those, who are helping to build 5th Planet Games, an opportunity to share the value of the business that they are helping to create. It is furthermore intended to attract and retain first-class employees to improve business results and long-term shareholder value creation.

1 key employee was granted in total 70.000 warrants. This grant was allocated on June 27th, 2019 on a 4-year vesting program.

In the period of April 1st, 2019 to July 1st, 2019 a total of 171.032 allocated warrants have been cancelled.
