Hugo Games issues warrants to Board of Directors and key employees

COPENHAGEN, October 17th, 2018: Hugo Games (OMX: HUGO) announces the granting of warrants to the Company's Board of Directors as well as two key employees of the Company. The warrants are granted under the warrant program covered by the authority pursuant to section 2.2 of Hugo Games' Articles of Association adopted at Hugo Games' General Meeting on October 30th, 2017.

The purpose of the warrant scheme is to provide those, who are helping to build Hugo Games, an opportunity to share the value of the business that they are helping to create. It is furthermore intended to attract and retain first-class employees to improve business results and long-term shareholder value creation.

• Chairman Jesper Theill Eriksen and member Kevin Terkelsen were each granted 348.197 warrants at a fair market value of 292.507 DKK (Black-Scholes). Vice Chairman Caspar Rose was granted 238.736 at a fair market value of 200.553 DKK (Black-Scholes). These grants are allocated on May 3 rd, 2018 on a 2-year vesting program.
• 2 key employees were granted in total 227.366 warrants. These grants are allocated on September 1, 2018 on a 4-year vesting program.

In the period of January 1st, 2018 to October 1st, 2018 a total of 1.523.362 allocated warrants have been cancelled following terminations and resignations.
