42-2018 Hugo Games issues warrants following 5th Planet Games Acquisition

COPENHAGEN, November 29th, 2018: Hugo Games A/S (OMX: HUGO), to be known as 5th Planet Games A/S, announces the granting of warrants to 10 key employees and 2 partners of the Company.

The purpose of the warrant scheme is to provide those, who are helping to build Hugo Games, an opportunity to share the value of the business that they are helping to create. It is furthermore intended to attract and retain first-class employees to improve business results and long-term shareholder value creation.

- 10 key employees were granted in total 667.000 warrants. These grants are allocated on November 27th, 2018 on a 4-year vesting program.

- 2 partners have been granted 433.000 warrants. These grants are allocated on November 27th, 2018 fully vested.

In the period of October 1st, 2018 to November 1st, 2018 a total of 306.720 allocated warrants have been cancelled following terminations in our Nottingham office.
