Hugo Games grants warrants to Senior Management, Employees and Board of Directors

Hugo Games A/S (OAX: HUGO) announced that it has decided to grant warrants to the company's Senior Management, Employees and Board of Directors.

The decision has been made in accordance with the shareholder authorization to the board adopted as article 2.2 of the company's articles of association and the company's general guidelines regarding incentive programs.

The purpose of the warrant scheme is to provide those who are helping build Hugo Games an opportunity to share the value of the business that they are helping to create. It is also intended to attract and retain first-rate employees to improve business results and long-term shareholder value creation.

The warrants (a total of 12,000,000 warrants) have been allocated after the following scheme:

• Allocation for Board of Directors: 13% of total warrant pool (3% of fully diluted CAP Table)
• Allocation for Senior Management: 46% of total warrant pool (10% of fully diluted CAP Table)
• Allocation for Employees: 31% of total warrant pool (7% of fully diluted CAP Table)

Which means that 10% of the total approved warrant pool have not been allocated but are left to be allocated at a later time.

The General Warrant Program has a vesting period of a 4-year period.
