Major shareholder announcement

With reference to the stock exchange announcement by Hugo Games A/S

on 31 March 2017 regarding the sale- and purchase agreement entered

into between Hugo Games and the selling shareholders of Fuzzy Frog

Ltd, Aula Holding ApS (controlled by CEO of Hugo Games, Henrik

Kølle), will be diluted such that Aula Holding's ownership of

12,089,658 shares in Hugo Games will be reduced from 26.7% to 24.3%.

Aula Holding ApS has not sold or reduced its number of shares owned

in Hugo Games. The reduction in ownership is solely due to the

dilution as set out above.
