Major shareholder announcement

With reference to the stock exchange announcement by Hugo Games A/S

on 31 March 2017 regarding the sale- and purchase agreement entered

into between Hugo Games and the selling shareholders of Fuzzy Frog

Ltd, Richard Flower (CEO of Fuzzy Frog) and Jayne Flower (close

associate of Richard Flower), will receive a total of 4,452,543

shares in Hugo Games, corresponding to approximately 9.0% of the

total amount of issued shares after close of the acquisition, and

has thereby surpassed the 5% threshold for disclosure of large

shareholdings.

Richard Flower and his close associates did not own any shares in

Hugo Games prior to the above transaction.
