Danish Securities Act on major shareholders, we can inform

that we on 22nd of June has received the following

information from MLL-001 ApS and MLL Newhold ApS:

In Danish:

"MLL Newhold ApS har den 18.05.2016 afhændet 30.000 aktier

svarende til 0,12% af de samlede

ejerandele i Hugo Games A/S via fondsbørsen Oslo Axcess"

In English:

"MLL Newhold ApS has on May 18th 2016 sold a total of 30.000

shares via the Oslo Axcess stock exchange. The number of

share represents 0.12% of the total shares in Hugo Games

A/S"

Subsequent the above mentioned sale of 30.000 shares, MLL-

001 ApS and MLL Newhold ApS now holds a total of less than

5% of the total stake in Hugo Games A/S.
