5th Planet Games A/S - Major Shareholding Notification 2016

COO subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue. No.35-2016

Copenhagen 29 June 2016.

Søren Kokbøl Jensen, COO in Hugo Games, has today through

his wholly owned company Catalyzer ApS subscribed 83,333

shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Hugo Games at a

subscription price of NOK 1.50 per share.

Søren Kokbøl Jensen has been allocated 53,832 subscription

rights and will transfer these to Catalyzer ApS such that

Catalyzer ApS will receive 53,832 shares in the Rights

Issue. In addition, Catalyzer ApS may be allocated up to

29,501 additional shares based on the subscription for

shares without subscription rights.

Søren Kokbøl Jensen owns 68,028 shares in Hugo Games prior

to the transaction.
