5th Planet Games Announces a Group Internal Merger
COPENHAGEN, March 26, 2025, 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG) announces the group internal merger which has previously been described, has now been finalized.
The merger is between 5th Planet Games A/S and its wholly owned subsidiary 5th Planet Games Development ApS. 5th Planet Games A/S will be the continuing company, while 5th Planet Games Development ApS will be dissolved without liquidation by transferring its assets and liabilities as a whole to 5th Planet Games A/S.
The purpose of the merger is to simplify the group structure and eliminate unnecessary administrative burdens and costs. As the merger is a group internal merger, the merger will have no effect on the value of 5th Planet Games A/S.
The merger will have accounting effect from 1 January 2024.
No new shares will be issued as part of the merger.
