9-2024 5th Planet Games Announces a Physical Distribution agreement with Nordisk Interactive A/S.

COPENHAGEN – April 15th, 2024 - 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG), the video games publisher and financier behind hit games like, Invincible Presents: Atom Eve, Escape Academy and WrestleQuest, has today announced a significant partnership agreement with Nordisk Interactive. Under the terms of the agreement, 5th Planet Games will manage the distribution of Physical Video Games across the Nordic regions with marketing, logistics and distribution capability being provided by Nordisk Interactive.

Whilst the purchase of video games has increasingly moved to a digital download in recent years, there remains a sizeable market for Physical Editions, where there’s still significant opportunities; it’s this market that the new agreement aims to capitalise on, and a market in which Nordisk Interactive has been active in for decades. For Mark Stanger, CEO at 5th Planet Games, the physical, collectibles and merchandise opportunity for the right games holds significant potential.
