Hugo Games Teams with MGM (Metro, Goldwyn, Mayer) Television for Mobile Game Based on Hit TV Show "Vikings"

The Legendary Tales of the Raiding, Trading, and Exploring Norsemen of Early Medieval Scandinavia Come to iOS, Android and Steam in 2018

COPENHAGEN (May 9, 2017) – Since 2013, Vikings has transported viewers around the world to the age of Viking Ragnar Lothbrok, one of the best-known legendary Norse heroes. Now fans will have the opportunity to enter the world of Vikings like never before, as Hugo Games A/S (OAX: HUGO), a mobile interactive entertainment developer and publisher of mobile games, today announced that it has partnered with MGM Television to release the first mobile game based on the worldwide television hit. Furthermore Hugo Games will also develop the game for Steam, a global download portal for PC-gamers.

Vikings: The Game, which will be available for iOS and Android in 2018, will be a player vs. player strategy game featuring the charismatic viking characters from the TV-series including Ragnar, Lagherta, Floki, Rollo, Ivar and many more of the great vikings. Providing an immersive gameplay experience combined with impressive graphics and a memorable soundtrack, "Vikings" will appeal to fans of the show and newcomers alike.
