Jump for Joy! All-New Doodle Jump is Coming to Mobile Devices

Hugo Games and Lima Sky (Doodle Jump) agrees to remove break-away-clause

COPENHAGEN, May 16, 2017 – Get ready to jump for joy as an all-new Doodle Jump game is about to spring onto mobile devices around the world! Hugo Games A/S (OAX: HUGO), a mobile interactive entertainment developer and publisher of mobile games, today announced that the company has entered into an agreement with Lima Sky, creator of blockbuster mobile game Doodle Jump, to remove the breakaway-clause in the parties' agreement concerning development of a follow-up to the original blockbuster Doodle Jump title.

Removing the break-away-clause also removes the uncertainty around the release of the game and, at the same time, it reflects both parties excitement with the partnership and the progress of development of the new Doodle Jump game.

The original Doodle Jump is among the most iconic mobile games in history with more than 300 million downloads since 2009. Doodle Jump has been named among the five most downloaded premium apps of all time. The new Doodle Jump game is planned for release in QX 2017. Lima Sky and Hugo Games will work closely together on the global promotion of the new game, including cross promotion activities within both companies existing portfolio of mobile games.

The partnership means that Hugo Games will develop the new Doodle Jump 2 mobile game in an equal joint venture business model with Lima Sky, which will act as the global publisher.
