COPENHAGEN, September 30th, 2021: 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: 5PG) announces that Chief Accounting Officer in 5th Planet Games, Peter Ekman buys shares.

Mr. Peter Ekman has on September 29th, 2021, acquired 906,095 new shares in 5th Planet Games at an average price of NOK 0,88. The total purchasing price for the new shares amounts to NOK 796,829.

Following this transaction Mr. Peter Ekman owns/controls 1,508,608 shares in 5th Planet Games.
