Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

COPENHAGEN (May 24, 2017) Henrik Nielsen, board member in Hugo Games A/S, has today subscribed 2,976,191 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Hugo Games at a subscription price of NOK 0.63 per share. This corresponds to the amount Mr. Nielsen has underwritten in the Rights Issue with reference to the prospectus dated 8 May 2017.

Henrik Nielsen will not subscribe on the basis of subscription rights in the Rights Issue and does not previously own shares in Hugo Games. As such, Henrik Nielsen's ownership in Hugo Games after the Rights Issue will be up to 2,976,191 shares.
