The CEO of Hugo Games A/S, Henrik Kølle, as well as the chairman of

the Board of Directors, Bertel Maigaard, and the vice-chairman,

Caspar Rose, have all expressed intention to purchase shares in

Hugo Games A/S within the upcoming 42 calendar days in accordance

with Hugo Games' internal guidelines for executives' trading in

shares in Hugo Games A/S.
