8th August 2015 acquired 21.000 shares in Hugo Games A/S at an

average price of NOK 5,6344. The shares are acquired through his

company Aula Holding ApS.

Following this transaction Aula Holding ApS owns 12.089.658

shares in Hugo Games A/S which gives an ownership of 48,36%.
