5 th Planet Games draws third tranche of 2.25 mill. NOK
COPENHAGEN, January 29st, 2020: 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: FIVEPG) has, pursuant to the Credit Facility Agreement entered into with Formue Nord Fokus A/S, issued convertible notes of NOK 2,250,000 with the right to subscribe for shares in the Company at 10% below the market value at the time of the conversion following Formue Nord Fokus A/S approval of the Exercise Notice dated January 28th, 2020.
This is the 2nd tranche called by 5th Planet Games A/S bringing the total outstanding convertible notes amount to NOK 8,232,000.
