5 th Planet Games appoints Caspar Rose, current Chairman, as new CEO

COPENHAGEN, January 15th , 2021: 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Caspar Rose as new CEO.

In order to strengthen 5 th Planet Games external communication and to provide new managerial momentum, it has been decided to appoint Chairman of the Board, Caspar Rose as new CEO of 5 th Planet Games, as of 1 st February 2021.

Caspar's task will be to bring 5th Planet Games to a new level by utilizing the exciting IP contracts that 5th Planet Games has entered into. His focus will be on execution of existing games and developing future strong IP contracts. According to Caspar Rose: "I see a very strong potential in 5th Planet Games. I will focus on increasing shareholder value and will look for new opportunities in the market, I am excited about my appointment as CEO, and I intend to make external communication a top priority. I have been a member of the Board of Directors for several years, and therefore I know the company well. I am looking forward to my new role, where I will be responsible for the daily business operations of the company".

Caspar has a masters degree in law and a masters degree in finance and accounting. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Finance and is a fully qualified Danish lawyer. In addition, Caspar has substantial experience from the private sector, having worked for Dansk Industri and Danske Bank as chief analyst.

Henrik Nielsen will continue as Chairman of the Board for the time being.

In addition, the company intends to look for new competent board members that can add value to the company's future interesting journey.

Following appointment as CEO Caspar Rose are granted 1,722,167 warrants. The warrants have been granted on basis of the average closing price over the latest 10 days (1,18 NOK) with a discount on 25%.
