Hugo Games appoint board member Henrik Nielsen as the new CEO 38/2017

Hugo Games appoint board member Henrik Nielsen as the new CEO.

Copenhagen September 29th, 2017.

In order to strengthen Hugo Games organisation, it has been decided

to appoint board member Henrik Nielsen as the new CEO of Hugo Games

as of today. Henrik has held several senior leadership positions in

both multinational corporates as well as start-up companies.

During his 7 years as CFO and COO in Unity Technologies, Henrik

Nielsen played an important role in bringing the company from a

small start-up in Copenhagen to a global tech company with

subsidiaries and activities all over the world. Henrik's experience

also includes several leadership positions within Dell Computer in

both Europe and Asia.

Henrik's task is to bring Hugo Games to a new level within the next

18 months not least by utilizing the very exciting IP contracts Hugo

Games has signed over the last year. Henrik Nielsen states: "I see

a very strong potential in Hugo Games otherwise I would not have

agreed to take on the role as CEO. I will focus on the organisation

and keep looking for opportunities in the market in a broad term,

I'm very excited to begin this assignment".

Henrik will as a consequence of this resign from the Board of

Directors.

Henrik Kølle will work closely together with Henrik Nielsen with the

aim to secure the quality of the games and to meet deadlines. But as

of today, Henrik Kølle will no longer be CEO of Hugo Games.

Mogens Agger is appointed to Vice President, Business Development

and will continue to handle relations with IP-holders and he is

expected to strengthen this focus and strategy.
