5th Planet Games - Decisions at the Annual General Meeting 2024

COPENHAGEN, 30 April 2024: At the Annual General Meeting held today in 5th Planet Games A/S (the "Company"), the Annual Report for the period from 1. January - 31. December 2023 was presented and approved. In addition, the Annual General Meeting decided;

• 1. To adopt the proposed remuneration for 2024 to the Board of Directors.
• 1. To discharge from liability the Board of Directors and the Executive Management.
• 1. To use profit or settlement of loss according to the adopted Annual Report.
• 1. To re-elect Jon Goldman, David Alpert, Henrik Nielsen and Søren Kokbøl Jensen as members of the Company's Board of Directors.
• 1. To re-elect Grant Thornton as the company's auditor.
