DECISIONS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ON MARCH 14th, 2023
COPENHAGEN, March 14, 2023: At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today in 5th Planet Games A/S (the "Company"), it was decided to approve the proposal.
- Proposal to authorize the board of directors to subscribe for new equity interests in Skybound Holdings LLC
The proposal was approved with 100% of the votes present.
