COPENHAGEN, November 27th, 2019:

At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today in 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: FIVEPG), the following items was presented and unanimously approved by the General Meeting:

1) Proposal to elect Henrik Nielsen and Peter Ekman to the Board of Directors.

2) Amendment of nominal value of the shares in the Company and capital reduction by way of covering of loss.
