Hugo Games announces Extraordinary General Meeting on 30 October 2017 39/2017

Enclosed, the Board of Directors notice convening an extraordinary

general meeting to be held the 30 October in Oslo, Norway.

Amongst other items on the agenda, it is proposed to reduce the

share capital and number of shares by 80% due to the following main

reasons:

1. Oslo Børs recommends that the traded share price should be

above NOK 1.00 and with the current share price Hugo Games' shares

do not comply with this recommendation.

2. A share price close to or equal to the nominal value of the

shares could prevent the company from carrying out future capital

increases.

Even though the reduction is significant the value of the Company

remains the same and the shareholders respective ownership of the

company will remain the same after the reduction of the share

capital as it was before.
