Hugo Games announces Extraordinary General Meeting on 21th December 2017

Enclosed, the Board of Directors notice convening an extraordinary general meeting to be held the 21th December in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Item 1. Election of member to the Board of Directors

The board of directors proposed the election Kevin Terkelsen as new member of the board of directors.

Kevin Terkelsen has 20+ years of business and leadership experience from start-ups, and he holds a Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School. He has recently delivered a successful exit of his market leading company Effective People, which was sold to GP Strategies.

Kevin Terkelsen possesses a high degree of project management experience, which will be of value to Hugo Games when it delivers on its project pipeline of new exiting games.

Kevin Terkelsen is a member of the management board of EDP ApS.
