Hugo Games A/S is scheduled to have annual general

meeting on April 28th 2016.

The annual general meeting will be held in Danish

according to the articles of association of Hugo Games A/S

and the notice and other relevant documentation will be

provided in Danish.

The total number of shares in the company is 25,274,148 and

each share carries one vote, corresponding to a total of

25,274,148 votes.
