Re: Appendix 3Z - Final Director’s Interest Notice (Mr S. Jones)

We refer to the attached Appendix 3Z - Final Director’s Interest Notice of Mr Simon Jones, who retired from the Board of Melbourne IT Ltd after the Annual General Meeting held on 29 May 2017.

We wish to advise that the direct interest shown on the form is an updated balance of the direct interest stated in the Appendix 3Y lodged on 26 May 2017, following the allotment of shares as a result of the Rights Entitlement Offfer.

The total shares acquired by Mr. Jones’ direct shareholdings through the Rights Entitlement Offer were inadvertently understated. The total shares acquired through his direct shareholdings were actually 9,592 shares, resulting in his total direct interest being 76,728 ordinary shares, as shown in the attached Appendix 3Z.
